An investigator with the Nevada State Fire Marshal's Office is in Pahrump, trying to determine what sparked a deadly fire. One woman died Sunday night, when she was unable to escape from a travel trailer parked at a residence on Belville Road. Pahrump Valley Fire Chief Scott Lewis says she was living there temporarily with her husband and dog. The trailer was parked just feet away from a house. Flames spread to that structure, but Chief Lewis says damage was limited to the exterior. No one was inside that home at the time of the fire.
