The Nye County Public Works Department has been busy this summer, cleaning up and repairing roads damaged by monsoon flooding. At the most recent Board of County Commissioners meeting, a number of residents spoke up, saying the county needs a flood mitigation plan. And Commissioner Leo Blundo agrees.
