We need your help right now to identify the person in this surveillance video. A total of four horses have been shot and killed in incidents from January, March, June, and most recently, and most recently, July 4. The shootings are occurring at the Cowboy Trail Rides within the Red Rock Conservation Area. In each case, the suspect wears a ski mask, gloves, and ear protection. The killings have happened under the cover of darkness. The shootings are clearly intentional and at close range. The suspect should be considered armed and dangerous.
