A longtime local man was struck near his home Saturday morning on West Street. Harper says that the crash cost him a job and money fell out of his pocket and someone took it while he was being attended to by medics. Jason has had to overcome hurdles in his life suffering from a brain tumor and vision issues. This crash set him back and has affected his work.
