Nye County District Attorney Chris Arabia has decided to let the Nevada Attorney General's Office review a complaint against County Commissioner Leo Blundo. The sheriff's office took a report from a woman who says Blundo attacked her, then submitted that report to the DA's office for possible prosecution. But Arabia says he felt it would be more appropriate to let the Attorney General handle the case.
