We now know a little more about the arrest of a Nye County Sheriff's Office deputy. Joshua Weaver ended up behind bars, after the sheriff's office says he violated the terms of a temporary protection order. Per sheriff's office policy, Weaver has been placed on administrative leave pending further investigation.
