A unique competition is coming to this year's ICS and Silver State Chili Cook Off, taking place March 26 and 27 in Pahrump. Sin City Beard Coalition is organizing the contest, which will recognize those with the best beards and moustaches. Sin City Beard Coalition's Patrick Dawson explains.
