NyE Communities Coalition set up shop last night outside Smith's in Pahrump, to help ensure children are safe in their car seats. Jess Rosner heads up the car seats program at NyE-C-C. He's a car seat instructor, and explains why it's important to properly use and care for the seats. If you missed last night's event -- or you just didn't want to go out in the rain and cold -- you can still get help with the installation, use or care of a car seat.
