The man accused of causing a deadly crash on US95 that killed three members of an Idaho family earlier this year will be back in court October 19. Nye County District Attorney Chris Arabia says he's confident his office can prove that Tyler Kennedy was under the influence at the time of the crash. During a two-day preliminary hearing in August, the judge decided there was enough evidence against Kennedy. Kennedy will appear before Judge Robert Lane in Tonopah District Court on October 19, when he's expected to be arraigned on the charges.
