Four years ago today, Las Vegas became the site of the largest mass shooting in American history. Sixty people died as a result of being shot by a lone gunman, who fired more than a-thousand bullets into a concert crowd from his room on the 32nd floor at Mandalay Bay. This morning, Clark County, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Clark County Fire Department and Vegas Strong Resiliency Center co-hosted a 1 October Sunrise Remembrance Ceremony outside the Clark County Government Center.
