The three defendants accused of torturing and murdering a Las Vegas man are back in court today. Judge Kent Jasperson listened as prosecutors presented the state's evidence against Heather Pate, Kevin Dent and Brad Mehn. The three co-defendants are facing murder charges in the death of Roy Jaggers.
