Pahrump Valley Fire and Rescue was kept busy during this year's Pahrump Fall Festival. Two separate incidents, just minutes apart Saturday night, sent two people to a Las Vegas trauma center. Fire Chief Scott Lewis says, overall, it was a pretty typical year for first responders.
