The Pahrump Valley Rotary Club is preparing for its annual 9-11 memorial ceremony, which takes place Saturday at the first responders reflection pond on Walt Williams Drive. Doctor Tom Waters says this year, they'll recognize the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 attacks.
