A local non-profit is trying to address the hard-to-crack labor market right now with a hiring event. We had the opportunity to speak with a representative from the Tungland Corporation, and they hope to be able to perk up their hiring numbers with an upcoming hiring event and get the employee levels back to a robust number so they can address falling staffing levels and nip it in the bud.
