Danny Hicks will spend a bit more time behind bars for his part in a case involving lewdness and child pornography. He was sentenced Monday in Fifth Judicial District Court in Pahrump. A lack of evidence led to a significant reduction in charges. Judge Robert Lane says Hicks should be spending a lot more time in prison.
