A California man charged with transporting explosives without a license made his initial appearance today in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. And authorities with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives allege he purchased most of those explosives at Area 51 Fireworks in Pahrump.
