Mother Nature put a damper on this year's Pahrump Balloon Festival, which concluded Sunday at Ian Deutch Memorial Park. High winds kept the hot air balloons grounded Saturday and Sunday. But we found of plenty of people still enjoying the food, drinks and carnival rides.
