The Nevada Assembly has passed a bill that would abolish the death penalty. The bill now heads to the Senate, where it's future is uncertain. Governor Steve Sisolak says, should the bill reach his desk, he'll give it careful consideration, adding, in most cases, he's opposed to capital punishment.
