On August 29 at approximately 8:30 pm Nye County Sheriff's Officers were traveling on State Route 372 when they observed a silver Hyundai Tiburon traveling east on 372. According to the declaration of arrest, Officers conducted a traffic stop because they noticed that the cars side headlight was not illuminated.
