Marco Torres is accused of killing his roommate, Joseph Piper -- an elderly man with stage four cancer. Torres will appear in district court next Friday, August 28, for arraignment on the charges against him, including first-degree murder. Nye County District Attorney Chris Arabia says his office is working hard to ensure justice for the victim's family.
