Nevada Outreach Training Organization is an umbrella for several programs that offer a variety of assistance to people living in southwest Nevada. The organization provides financial assistance to people who've suffered a job loss or need help paying their rent or mortgage. Kathie McKenna says Nevada Outreach Training Organization also provides help for the homeless.
