The first week of August is World Breastfeeding Week. It's well-known that breastfeeding has many health advantages for infants. But research also shows breastfeeding is good for mom's health. Cleveland Clinic's Doctor Kathryn Goebel did not take part in the study, but says moms who breast-fed infants through their first birthday saw the most benefit.
