As the state begins to ease out of coronavirus shutdowns, Desert View Hospital is once again scheduling elective surgeries. It's a step toward normalcy, but there are still many measures in place to ensure everyone's health and safety. Hospital CEO Susan Davila says while Desert View has recorded a handful of positive COVID-19 cases, our area has fared much better than other places in Nevada.
