Nye County Commissioners have approved entering into an agreement with Motorola to provide an upgrade and continued support for the county's Vesta 911 systems in Pahrump and Beatty. The five-year service agreement will cost the county 307 thousand dollars and be paid from the Emergency Systems fund. The county's agreement with Motorola includes system spares, software support and 24-7 onsite maintenance of the county's 911 system for five years.
