Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak addressed the George Floyd protests in a video posted to Facebook. The governor says he welcomes the protests -- as long as everyone acts within the law. And protestors in Las Vegas will begin to see so-called legal observers, who will be on hand to help advise protesters of their legal rights.
