For the first time in history, Nevada voters are casting ballots almost exclusively through the US Postal Service for the June 9th primary. And while it's something new here, other states have used mail-in voting for years. Clark County's Registrar of Voters, Joe Gloria, sat down with Clark County Television's Randy Swallow to talk about the process -- and what it means for voters.
