A Pahrump business owner is filing a lawsuit against Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak. In the complaint, Denyce Khoury, owner of Aqua A Salon, alleges the governor has acted beyond his authority in shutting down local businesses. Las Vegas attorney Craig Mueller is representing Khoury. He spoke with News 25 about the lawsuit -- and the governor's actions. Mueller says the lawsuit has the potential to attain class-action status, saying he's spoken with other small business owners interested in the case.
