UPDATE: The individual was indeed intoxicated.

ORIGINAL POST: Medics are attending to a bike rider that was reportedly struck by a vehicle on Red Rock. The individual is reportedly being uncooperative with police and possibly may be intoxicated. He was taken in custody by police at the scene. NCSO says the rider was intoxicated and was not struck by a car. The report he fell off the bike on his own.
