Navy veterans who served in the Vietnam War may now be eligible for benefits that were previously only available to ground troops -- namely health benefits that cover exposure to the powerful herbicide Agent Orange. That chemical was used throughout Vietnam during the war to destroy jungle vegetation used as cover by enemy troops. And it's been linked to a number of health conditions.
