Youth Overnight Summer Camps in Lee Canyon

Register Now for Youth Overnight Summer Camps in Lee Canyon

Clark County Parks and Recreation is taking registration for two Summer “Sleep-Over” camps in the beautiful Spring Mountains. Camp Lee is in Lee Canyon, located in the Spring Mountain Range - just a 45-minute drive from Las Vegas! The cool mountain air, rustic cabins, and natural beauty of this alpine setting provides an excellent atmosphere for discovery, adventure, relaxation and fun! Registration begins on February 3rd and can be done online or at the Mountain Crest Neighborhood Services Center at 4775 N. Durango Drive.

Omni Camp, for ages eight to twelve years old, will run June 7th through the 12th. The camp includes featured classes in the arts, sciences, nature and outdoor adventure. Classes include hands-on experience with exotic animals, a high-ropes course, archery, plants, virtual reality and mountain biking. Traditional camp activities include hikes, campfires with smores, sing-a-longs, cabin-skits and arts & craft. Also…for even more fun; campers have the option to "dress-up" for dinner Mon-Thurs, by wearing a costume! Costume themes are: Inside Out/Backwards, Crazy Hat, Pajamas and Neon/Glow Night.

On the Edge Camp, for ages thirteen to fifteen, runs June 14th through June 19th. Featured activities include: a high-ropes course, mountain biking, hiking, a one-night tent camp out under the stars and a ‘Teen Dance’ with live DJ! Traditional camp activities include hikes, archery, campfires, sing-a-longs, cabin skits and cabin games.

Both camps cost $600 per child for the week. All food, equipment and guide services are included in this price. Our camper to counselor ratio is eight to one and there is a twenty-four-hour nurse on duty. Omni Camp has been operating annually since 1991 and the Edge Camp has been operating since 1998.

You may register online at https://clarkcountynv.gov/parks, by mail, or walk-in anytime. A Camp Application must be completed when you register, along with a minimum payment of $100.00 to hold a spot for your child. Total payment is due by May 15th.
