Valley Electric Association's new CEO has been on the job for one month now. And he's excited to be leading the organization. Mark Stallons brings with him a lot of experience. And he hopes to use his skills and knowledge to make positive changes at VEA. In the first of a two-part series, Mark spoke with News 25 about his decision to come here and the plans he has for Valley Electric.
