It seems a lot of younger people just aren't interested in a career in construction. So the UP Companies, based in Saint Louis, is taking a unique approach to recruiting new talent -- creating a parody song and music video of 'Old Town Road' by Lil Nas X, appropriately named 'Old Construction Road.'
