Pioneer Territory CASA is dedicated to providing training and support for Court Appointed Special Advocates--or CASAs--in Nye and Esmeralda counties. The volunteers they train help support neglected or abused children in the foster care system by giving them a voice in the courts. As a non-profit, Pioneer Territory CASA seeks donations from individuals and businesses. And as Executive Director Kathie McKenna explains, one of their largest fundraisers is just three weeks away.
