The Nye County Board of Commissioners has approved a lease agreement that allows a local non-profit to occupy a portion of a county-owned medical building. First Choice Pregnancy Center has agreed to lease 2,000 square feet at 1501 East Calvada Boulevard, at a cost of 50 cents per square foot.
