The renewable energy switching station located in Sloan Canyon is up and running. The 230 KV line was purchased by Gridliance from Valley Electric in recent years. GridLiance, headquartered in Dallas operates hundreds of miles of transmission lines and related substation facilities in Nevada, Missouri, and Oklahoma.
