State Treasurer Zach Conine rolled into Pahrump Thursday morning to meet with dozens of local residents at the Valley Electric Association Conference Center. It's the latest stop on a statewide listening tour, as the treasurer tries to get some ideas for how to spend billions of dollars in federal aid -- money coming to state coffers from The American Rescue Plan.
